FIRST CALENDAR MONTHS RENT PAYABLE IN ADVANCE
FEE FOR LANDLORDS
Our fee is currently 12.5% of the total monthly rental, depending on the location of the property. Please note that we are NOT VAT registered.
Additional Charges:
For advertising in the local press if required – £20 per insertion
To erecting and taking down to let boards – £40
You will have to pay to Rent Smart Wales £33.50p to register
Our set up fee of £180 (NO VAT)
